Who Is In-Home Training For?
- You live within a 10 mile radius of Beverly Hills.
- You do not belong to a gym or simply do not have the time to make a trip to the gym.
- You have access to a gym in your residence or office and would prefer to use that space.
- CONVENIENCE! I come to you.
- No equipment needed. I will bring all the equipment necessary for an effective workout including: resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, free weights, kettlebells, and TRX.
*All sessions are 1 hour. Price will depend on the components of the training program and the distance of travel for each session.*
